This hamlet is located fifteen kilometres east of Margaret River and provides a small hub for surrounding rural properties and a very small pocket of residential properties in the town. It contains a petrol station/convenience store, a community hall and playing fields. The fertile soils, heavy winter rains and gently topography of the surrounding areas of Bramley, Osmington, Rosa Glen and Jindong-Treeton provide ideal farming conditions and the region is best known for farming beef and lamb, in addition to wine and olive production from many expansive vineyards and olive groves.
