After relocating from Colombia to Sydney, Steph enhanced her customer service and administrative skills, initially as a Personal Assistant in the IT sector and later as an Executive Assistant at Deloitte and BCG. These roles equipped her with exceptional organisational and communication skills, benefiting clients through efficient transaction management and clear, effective interactions.
Steph’s transition to real estate was inspired by her own home-buying journey, giving her firsthand insight into the client experience. Despite being new to the industry, she has quickly made an impact with successful property listings, effective client engagement, and thorough market analysis. Her proactive approach ensures that clients receive timely and strategic advice.
